The Ticket Zone platform is a website owned by Meydan Entertainment Company, which is officially registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Commercial Registration No.: 4030417926. It is an electronic platform for brokering the sale of tickets for entertainment activities and events, sports, tourism and celebrations organized by government agencies and the private sector.
By using - the client - the application or the site, you agree to this agreement without restrictions or conditions, and the Tekzone platform has the right at any time to modify this agreement and the modified version will be published on the application and the site, and the modified version of the (Terms and Conditions Agreement) is effective as of The date of its publication in the application, and after publication, your continued use of the platform is considered your commitment to the terms and conditions contained in the modified version, and your satisfaction in applying the amendments.
First: The following terms, whenever they are mentioned in this agreement - the terms and conditions agreement - mean the following::
- Client: Any person who uses the TicketZone website and app to search or purchase tickets for events available on the website and app.
- Service Provider:It is the person or entity that offers tickets for its activities or events for sale through the application and website of the TicZone platform.
- Platform:Wherever it appears in this agreement, it means “the Tekzone platform application and website” unless the context of the text has another meaning.
- the account:It is the page/record of the service provider created in order for the service provider to be able to take advantage of the services of the Tickzone platform in marketing and selling tickets for its events and celebrations.
- Event:Every activity or event, whether it is sports, tourism, entertainment, cultural, social or otherwise.
- Ticket:It is an electronic card that includes event information and allows its holder to enter the event, and it can contain other data such as category, chair number, hall number, etc.
Second, the conditions for registering the client on the website or application:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- He must be fully eligible and be over 18 years of age, and the customer acknowledges that he has gained full eligibility.
- The customer is obligated to provide the Tekzone platform with the correct information and data required to benefit from the platform services.
- The Client is prohibited from taking any action that may cause intolerable or disproportionate pressure on the Platform or its infrastructure.
- Customer is prohibited from posting or uploading any defamatory, offensive, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, perverted, racist, morally inappropriate or other illegal content or information.
- The customer is prohibited from entering or attempting to unauthorized access to the Tekzone platform or granting others the authority to use his account, impersonating any personality or distorting membership with another person, and the customer shall bear the consequences of his violation of the provisions of this paragraph.
- The client is prohibited from doing anything that could cause damage or conflict with the intellectual property rights of the Tekzone platform.
- The Customer is prohibited from uploading or attaching any files, software or any other material that is protected by intellectual property rights laws or (any private or public rights) that it does not have the rights to use.
- If the TeksetZone platform finds, in its sole discretion, that the customer has breached or violated any of these conditions, it has the right to delete any materials or content that has been published -without warning the customer-, or to take measures (including stopping, suspending or restricting the customer's access to the platform) Or prevent the customer from using the Tekzone platform, or report the customer to the Internet service providers or the competent authorities, or take any legal actions.
Third: Tickets Purchase Terms:
- The Ticket Zone platform is limited to displaying and selling tickets and is not responsible for organizing the event, and it does not have any responsibilities or obligations to the customer related to the organization of the event and its events.
- Before completing the purchase process, the customer is obligated to review the terms, conditions and information of the event specified by the service provider, and the customer must be aware that each event has its own provisions, and once the customer completes the purchase process, the customer is deemed to have agreed to the terms of the service provider and is aware of all the event information.
- The customer determines the category, type and number of tickets he wishes to purchase according to the categories and types offered by the service provider.
- The customer pays the ticket value through the payment methods of the Tekzone platform approved in the platform.
- After payment of the ticket value, a copy of the ticket will be sent to the email registered in the customer's account, and the customer is not entitled to cancel the ticket after completing the purchase process.
- In the event that the event is canceled, and the organizer agrees to return the value of the ticket to the customer, the value of the ticket will be transferred to the customer within a period ranging from 14 to 30 working days.
- The customer is bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement, and in the event that the customer acts in violation of what is stated in this agreement, the Tektozone platform has the right to resort to disable his use of the platform services at any time without prior notice, and the Tektozone platform has the right to resort to the competent authority to demand the customer to compensate for any Damage.
Fourth:: Payment Services
- The customer must write - on the payment page - correct and valid bank card information (mada / Visa / MasterCard), or the data of any other payment method available on the platform.
- The customer is prohibited from defrauding an incorrect or invalid payment method, and is also prohibited from using a stolen payment method, and the customer will be held liable for violating this paragraph.
- The platform will, through an electronic payment intermediary, deduct the value of the purchases from the credit card or payment method approved by the customer.
- The customer’s issuance of the purchase order is an authorization from him that the platform is entitled to deduct the value of the purchases.
- All purchases are made in Saudi riyals, and all payments must be in Saudi currency.
Fifth:: the responsibility:
- The work of the Tickzone platform is limited to the service of mediation, conciliation and bridging views (broking) between the customer and the service provider in the sale of tickets for events / celebrations.
- When the customer suffers any damages resulting from the service provider’s negligence or negligence in implementing the event, the service provider bears full responsibility before the customer, and the Tekzone platform is not obligated to bear any obligations or responsibilities towards the customer.
- The customer bears full responsibility alone when he commits any violation of the provisions of the agreement or the directives of the Tektozone platform or the directives and provisions of the service provider, and the Tekzone platform and the service provider have the right to sue him and claim any compensation for any damages resulting from his violations of this agreement or the terms and conditions of the service provider.
Sixth:: General Terms:
- The Tick Zone platform has the right to suspend the customer's account and not enable him to benefit from the services of the platform when he violates the provisions of this agreement at any time.
- The Tickzone platform has the right to provide the service provider or the competent authorities with the customer's personal information, including name, identity data, payment methods data, and credit card, when a report or complaint is registered against it.
Seventh:: Notifications:
Tekzone platform communications to the official addresses listed on the customer's registration page or notifications made through the application or website are considered legal notices that produce the effects of notification.
Eighth:: Litigation and Dispute Resolution
The laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia apply to the provisions of this agreement, and the competent authority in Jeddah governorate is competent to consider any dispute arising from the application of this agreement, and the Tektozone platform has the right to sue its opponents before the competent authorities in Jeddah governorate or their place of residence.

Tickets Purchase Policy
- Tickzone sells tickets on behalf of the organizers and service providers responsible for organizing and managing activities and events and therefore is not responsible for the content of the event, the activity or the level of service.
- In Case that the customer is not satisfied with the service provided to him, he must communicate with the organizer, the service provider, for any complaint or observations related to the service, and the Tekzone platform does not bear any responsibility in this regard.
- The Ticket Zone platform will not be responsible for any problems, damages or injuries arising from the activity or event for which the customer purchased tickets.
- By purchasing from the website or any retail outlet operating in the name of the Ticket Zone platform, agent, contractor or cooperating with it, the customer acknowledges acceptance and approval of all of what is stated in this declaration.
- The purchased ticket(s) are intended for the use of the specified buyer or his immediate family or friends, and the ticket cannot be resold for a value greater than the original purchase price, whether direct sale, through an intermediary, through websites, online stores, or social media applications.
- Customers are advised not to purchase tickets that are resold through secondary selling sites (such as buying and selling sites, pages, electronic stores or similar sites) or through individuals and ticket resale brokers, whether in person on event sites or through social networking pages or online sales sites Internet as these tickets may not be valid for entry or will be canceled by event management.

- In the event a customer purchases more than one ticket for the same event, all customer party members attending the event must enter the activities and events at the same time as the customer.
- It is the customers' responsibility to protect their tickets from loss or theft. Event management is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen tickets and does not make refunds for lost or stolen tickets. This applies to both electronically issued and printed tickets. In the event that a Customer’s electronic ticket is copied/stolen (eg via hacked email, or by delivery to a shared email address or shared with others) and the ticket(s) are used and scanned before the ticket holder enters the activities and events, the ticket(s) will be denied. The entry of any other person holding a ticket whose holder is logged in, as the ticket(s) will be canceled at the time of first use. No refund will be given to the customer in this case. Customers are strongly advised to protect their e-tickets with the same caution and care that they protect physical printed tickets from theft. And don't share it with others.
- Full payment for the ticket(s) is made at the time of purchase, and the ticket(s) are sent to the Customer via e-mail shortly after the purchase is completed.
- In the event of fraudulent payment using a lost/stolen credit/debit card or the credit/debit card being used without the permission of the card owner, the venue management reserves the right to cancel such ticket(s) purchased without refund to the fraudulent buyer.
Policy of using tickets and attendance to establishments and all events:
- It is the Customer's responsibility to check whether there are any restrictions on access to activities and events, such as age restrictions or dress code restrictions, prior to purchasing ticket(s) from the Site. The Department of Activities and Events will not be held responsible, and will not

- Venue management may restrict items brought into activities and events, including but not limited to food and beverages, audio recording equipment, seating, portrait sticks, and items that are illegal, dangerous, or potential weapons. The event management will not be held responsible, and will not refund the value of the ticket(s) in the event that entry to the activities and events is refused, the customer is expelled by the venue management, or the prohibited item is taken out or an attempt is made to bring a restricted item to the venue.
- Tickzone assumes no responsibility or liability for lost or stolen property, or injury at activities and events.
- It is the customer's responsibility to attend the event at the correct time and on the correct date. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the activities and events are scheduled to take place on the original published date and at the original time posted on the official webpage. The venue management does not assume any responsibility or liability for any loss, whether actual or implied, due to the customer's error in checking the date and time of the activities and events prior to traveling to the activities and events. In the event of cancellation or postponement of activities and events, the venue management may provide a refund to the customer in accordance with the event organizer's refund policy.
- The failure of the customer to attend the activities and events for any reason will not be a reason for making a refund.
- It is the customer's responsibility to attend the activities and events on time, and to be on site 30 minutes before the start of the activity or events. The customer will not be allowed to enter events and events after 5 minutes from the time of the ticket. No refunds will be given to those who are late.
- By purchasing ticket(s) through the online platform, you hereby consent to be photographed or registered by the venue management or any third party acting on behalf of the venue management at activities and events or in the terminal areas directly at the venue entrance. Furthermore, by purchasing ticket(s) through the TicketZone platform, you hereby waive all rights to any photographs, video or audio recordings of you of the activities, events or areas immediately surrounding the venue entrance (“Recorded Material”) carried out by the management of the place or any third party acting on behalf of the management of the place. You hereby agree that Venue Management or any third party acting on behalf of Venue Management may use such recorded material in any manner they deem appropriate without restriction, consent or compensation to you.
Ticket Payment, Delivery and Collection Policy:
Payment::
- Ticket(s) can be paid for online using a credit or debit card, Visa or MasterCard. Payment is secured using 128-bit encryption or Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) when processing private financial details and 128-bit encryption technology is the industry standard.
- The customer must write - on the payment page - correct and valid bank card information (mada / Visa / MasterCard), or the data of any other payment method available on the platform at the time of purchase.
- The customer is prohibited from defrauding an incorrect or invalid payment method, and is also prohibited from using a stolen payment method, and the customer will be held liable for violating this paragraph.
- The platform will, through an electronic payment intermediary, deduct the value of the purchases from the credit card or payment method approved by the customer.
- The customer’s issuance of the purchase order is an authorization from him that the platform is entitled to deduct the value of the purchases.

- In some events, tickets can be sold through Ticket Zone outlets or through a contractor, agent, or cooperative retail outlet, and cash or bank card payments are accepted through point-of-sale devices.
Delivery::
- TicketZone issues ticket(s) purchased online, in advance, electronically as PDF files and sends it to the customer via e-mail. And the customer can print this PDF file and use it as entry ticket(s) or just show the QR code at the entrance of the place.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the TicketZone platform with a valid e-mail address to deliver the ticket(s), and to check the inbox and junk/spam folder for the e-mail containing the PDF file of the ticket(s). It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate email address to which email messages can be delivered without problems.
- TicketZone cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of electronic tickets in cases where an inaccurate or undeliverable email address has been provided.
- The delivery time for confirmation emails included with the e-ticket is usually between 10-30 minutes after the online order is completed. And at particularly busy times such as the first day of sales for a very common event, confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to be processed and delivered. If the customer does not receive the confirmation e-mail of the ticket information(s) within 24 hours, he must contact the Tekzone customer service regarding the request. If the customer purchases a ticket for an event that takes place on the same day, he must contact the TicketZone customer services if he does not receive the confirmation email within one hour of the completion of the order.
- In the very limited cases where the e-mail address provided by the customer is accurate and deliverable, but the Tick Zone platform is still unable to deliver the confirmation e-mail to this e-mail address, "Tikzone Platform" will make arrangements for the delivery of the confirmation e-mail and the ticket e-ticket to an alternate e-mail address provided by the customer, or provide the customer with a hard copy of the electronic ticket at the place of collection on the day of activities and events.
Refund Policy
The Tickzone platform sells tickets on behalf of the organizers and service providers responsible for organizing and managing activities and events, knowing that once purchased, the value of the ticket(s) cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred except after the approval of the organizers and in the circumstances detailed below specifically without interference from the platform in The organizer's decision to accept and reject the refund of the ticket price.
After the organizer agrees to refund the price of the ticket(s), customers can apply for a refund to the TicketZone platform within 14 days after the date of purchase or in the case of canceled or postponed activities and events within 14 days from the date of announcing the postponement or cancellation of activities and events, in cases only the following:
- If the activities and events are canceled for any reason.
- If the start or end time for activities and events is significantly changed, and that change in time is at least four hours or more from the time originally published.
- If the activities and events are postponed for any reason. In the event of a postponement, customers may be offered the option to use their original ticket for a rescheduled event date.
- If the location of the event is changed to a location significantly different from the location of the original venue. In order for the change of location to be a justifiable reason for a refund, the new location must be at least 40 km away from the original location, or the new location must be of much lower quality in terms of services, amenities and ambiance than the original location.
- Tickzone will consider requests for refunds, based solely on the circumstances described above, and may request specific documents or other evidence in support of any such requests.
- If TicketZone, in its sole discretion, accepts a refund request from the Organizer, the refund will be issued via the same method as the original payment. If payment was made by credit or debit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase minus any fees determined by the Tick Zone platform.
- Tickzone reserves the right to deduct up to 40% of the original purchase value that is refunded to cover the costs of administrative fees and banking fees in processing a purchase and cancellation and then refund and transfer the money to the customer.
- The quality of performance, technical problems or the customer's lack of performance will not be considered as justifications for making a refund.
- Abandon any activities or events once they have started for any reason including but not limited to weather, earthquake, fire, flood, death, fate, war, insurrection, strike, shutdown, power outage, action of a government body or any other Other acts of force majeure beyond reasonable control will not be considered as grounds for recovery.
- Tickzone does not accept responsibility or provide any form of compensation for any consequential losses, whether real or perceived (such as travel and/or accommodation costs or losses incurred due to the event) related to ticket sales or activities and events sold by Tick Zone. The maximum value of any refund or compensation provided by the TicketZone platform to the customer is always limited to the value of the ticket(s) purchased minus any administrative fees determined by the TicketZone platform to process the refund.
- If the customer makes a purchase through the TicketZone website or through any retail outlet operating on behalf of the TicketZone platform, the customer agrees to this refund policy unconditionally.
How to apply for a refund:
- To request a refund of the price of the electronic ticket purchased online through the TicketZone platform, based on the circumstances detailed above, please contact the TicketZone platform via the designated form or e-mail.
- The customer should ensure that the name and date of the event, transaction number for the purchase, ticket numbers, email address, full name and phone number of the person who purchased the ticket(s) is included in the email. The customer must mark the subject of the email as a “Refund Request”.
The customer must state the reason for requesting the refund. There is no need to attach copies of the e-ticket(s) to the refund request. TicketZone may request further evidence from the Customer to prove that their request for a refund is justified and in accordance with the Ticket Refund Policy.
Disclaimer Agreement
Approval of the disclaimer agreement is issued in favor of Meydan Entertainment, which owns and operates the Ticket Zone platform as a ticket selling platform on behalf of the organizers of activities and events as a prerequisite for the purchase of all types of tickets, subscriptions, memberships and others, whether to attend, watch, use or participate in shows, games and individual and group movement activities and utilities and services (collectively and individually referred to as utilities).
The undersigned (the Participant/Participant), for himself/herself, his/her heirs, relatives, successors, and legal representatives, hereby expressly agree to agree to this disclaimer agreement and waive claims and assumes the existence of risks in favor of Meydan Entertainment, the owner and operator of the Tekzone platform and that it will not be responsible for any problems, damages, injuries or damages arising from the activity or event for which you have purchased tickets in the event of any risks or accidents arising from the participant’s use of equipment and facilities, attendance, viewing, or participation, including but not limited to the risk of death, bodily injury or damage to property as a result of a collision with itself or with another person or fixed object; fires, explosions, unavailability of emergency medical care, or negligent or intentional acts of another person; or any other case, whether as a result of breach of contract, warranty or tort (including negligence and strict liability), Tektozone and Meydan Entertainment will not be liable for any damages, whether special, consequential, incidental or punitive, exemption and disclaimer of Tick Zone. Zone, Meydan Entertainment and the Organizers, and all their successors and affiliates, and all subsidiaries, operators, subsidiaries, directors, employees, financiers and property owners, and waive any claims or actions in respect of injuries, damages, costs or expenses arising out of and participants' use of, or presence in, the facilities Including without limitation, those that result in death, bodily injury, or property damage, whether due to negligence or other fault on the part of the organizers, that strict product liability or any other liability waivers and disclaimers of the organizers, the owners of the facilities from all liability towards the Participant, and I agree to indemnify them against all damages or injuries arising from the use of the facilities by any party including non-participants, or damages that may result due to negligence by the Organizer I or any Participant understand and agree that the Organizer makes no express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for reality, as well as devices and games used by the Participant such as operating and control devices and machines used in any activity or Individual or group kinetic activity, operating manuals, instructions, communications, designs, etc.. Pay for all damages to the facilities caused by the participant, whether negligent or otherwise Agree that in the case of using and participating in the facilities of the organizers I acknowledge that I am aware of all the risks inherent in the use, exercise or viewing of the activities and games offered to the participant and the basic safety rules for its use (and if not If this is not the case, I will inform the organizers in writing and seek further assistance so that I fully and fully understand the rules and guidelines.) I fully understand that the Organizers reserve the absolute right to revoke the use of the facilities at any time, I acknowledge that the Organizers do not make refunds for any reason and I have read the Terms and Conditions, and I understand that by entering into this Agreement / acknowledgment / waiver compensation, I irrevocably waive valuable rights and do so freely and voluntarily. I further certify that I am of lawful age and of sound mental and physical condition and that I am legally qualified to sign this Agreement/Declaration Waiver of Indemnity; I understand that the terms herein are contractual and not merely narrative; And that I have signed this agreement / acknowledgment / indemnity of my own free will and freedom, and I have fully understood and bear the responsibility to agree and sign on behalf of all users of tickets that I have purchased through the Tekzone platform, whether they are family members, relatives, friends or others, and I acknowledge that I have I have understood all the relevant ticket users of the risks that may be involved and have obtained their consent to sign this declaration on their behalf and to abide by it before the official authorities.
By agreeing to this undertaking, I declare that I am legally responsible for myself and/or my dependents on my own behalf and/or my dependents and their representative from the users of tickets purchased by me or for them, I agree to all the conditions mentioned above in this document and agree to indemnify Meydan For the entertainment that owns the Tekzone platform for any and all lawsuits that may be filed by my parties or on behalf of their dependents or their representatives. I agree not to file any lawsuit against Ticket Zone. I agree to pay any and all legal costs incurred by the Tekzone platform in defense of any claims against it, and accordingly I hereby certify this electronic consent through the Tekzone platform.
